Something is cooking in this kitchen and it's not just pizza: skills for a better future. These cooks-in-training are inmates at the Cook County Jail in Illinois. The man running the place is Bruno Abate, an Italian-born restaurateur who wants to make sure that when his students are released from prison they don't return. Abate calls his program Recipe for Change, and it's working.
